Shipping and Handling

All parcels which buyers buy via online are sent via the Door to door express courier service. In rare cases we will ship with other carriers like Air Mail (Postal service) but requests must be made prior to placing an order. Our shipping partners DHL, TNT, Aramex or EMS who has better service in express courier shipping. Different shipping company has different shipping rate for different shipping zone around the globe. All our shipping companies are well known in international courier shipping however their shipping fee is different for different destination. Depend on the shipping fee, their time frame to deliver the parcel, our management team decide which courier to use for which country.

Time frame of Delivery

Delivery time frame is 3-5 for the Shipping Zone like USA, UK,Most of the Europe and Most of the part of Asia however there are many difficult zone to delivery because of non regular flight shaduel from Nepal. In thoese sectors, the delivery time frame will be 5-10 days time. Sometime the parcel arrive early but because of the custom rule and regulation of the destination country, takes time to clear fromthere. Our best effort always to provide shipping tracking number as confirmation of shipment moveing from Nepal. 

Buyers will get tracking number on the same day of the order confirm and also a scan copy of Aerobill and Invoice amount. This is the recommended method of shipping for higher value orders ($400+). Please keep in mind delivery time may vary if customs chooses to inspect the package.

Custom and Taxes of Shipping Destination.

Also be aware that every country has their own rules and regulations regarding importing. Please check with your customs agency if you have specific questions about duties, tarriffs, VAT, etc. Please note that we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.

Shipping to Wholesaler

Wholesaler who order goods +20 Kg or whose order is +20 kg by packing, will be shipped by econonic shipping fee by the best service provider courier from Nepal.

If a buyer's order is +45 Kg by packing, in that case we ask you if you want other shipping option like Air Cargo (Nearest Internation Airport delivery) and provide the best rate that comes in total. Buyer can compare the total amount different between door to door delivery air cargo delivery.

For +100 Kg shipment, the shipping rate is even more cheaper for both either you choose air cargo or door to door delivery.

Packaging:

Packing is the most important before it ship. Since all our products are handmade (Handicraft) items, there would be slide variation in sizes and weight too. Mostly Metal Statues, Gurkha kukris, Singing bowls etc. are packed individually by Nepalese handmade paper which makes a complete Nepali handicraft souvenir and than raped with air babul rap or with soft foam for the safety and than packed into strong Cardboard/wooden box.
